Current processing times vary depending on demand. Up-to-date processing and shipping times are always stated on the top of the home page.
Please double check your shipping address when ordering. Planning With Jamie is not responsible for orders shipped to wrong addresses. I do everything I can to ensure your order arrives to your destination in time. Please keep in mind I am located in the Midwest where we get all seasons and all types of weather. Sometimes mail delays occur due to blizzards, tornados, flooding, etc.
Please be aware that I have no control over delivery time once it has been dropped at the Post Office.
I am not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they have been received at the Post Office. If your tracking says it is delivered but you suspect theft or delivery error, email planningwithjamie@gmail.com for instructions on how to proceed.
If there is an order that is lost, please allow me to open a dispute with USPS. If you do, I cannot track what the problem is and cannot track to make sure it doesn't happen again. If you open a dispute with USPS I may not replace your order. This is to ensure you are not a scammer. I will work with you on an individual basis. I know my customers are the best and want what is best for both of us! I hope you understand.

CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of this business, I am unable to accept cancellations on orders placed. Please be sure of your order before you purchase. Please contact me with concerns, I will take good care of you.
I do not accept returns or cancellations. All orders placed are final.
Superior stickers are of the highest priority to me and I create my items by hand with attention to detail. Although I strive for perfection, some items may have slight imperfections.
Please only purchase if you are willing to accept these terms.
